Returning the Jewelry

All the products leave the house in good order. Everything is checked before packing and it is not very likely it will be damaged on the way.

However in case the package arrives not in good shape at your place you can refuse the package and ask the postal service to send it back to us unopened.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your ADA Jewelry purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Jewelry will be accepted for refund only if returned in perfect condition, unused and the original price tags should be firmly on the jewelry.

Before sending it back to us please contact us first.

The returning fee is on the customer.

The price tags should still be firmly on the jewelry otherwise we will claim 20% of its value.

It should reach us in good, undamaged condition otherwise we will claim 50% of its value.

Guarantee of the ADA Jewelry

All the ADA Jewelry is made with the greatest care and we offer a full guarantee on the quality of our jewelry for 1 year against manufacturing defects, under normal wear conditions.

All products, such as the Freshwater Pearls, the Semi-precious stones and the Silver are in excellent condition when the jewelry is made but they are natural products and they all differ in appearance.

The natural body acids can wear them out by time and they can be harmed by this or losing their shine.

We are not responsible for this and the guarantee will not cover this.

At all times we will restring your jewelry for a very fair price if not for free. Please contact us for this.

Shipping information

ADA Jewelry will automatically send you an email to confirm your purchase. Within 2 working days you will receive an email from us with the estimated delivery time.

All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an email to confirm shipping. The email will be sent to the email address provided during the order process and it will include a track & trace number.

We will not use your personal information for other purposes.

Are the prices on the ADA Jewelry website with VAT?

The prices on the ADA Jewelry website have 21% VAT for all customers within the EU countries.

For customers outside the EU the 21% VAT will be subtracted from the price at the very end of the checkout process.

You will see this at the order conformation before you are asked for your bank account details or your credit card information.

Cancel or change your order.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact ADA Jewelry by email as soon as possible.

We will advise you about the stage of your order.

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your order could not be cancelled in time and upon arrival you are still unhappy with it, simply return it to ADA Jewelry according to the 7 days money back return policy (conditions apply).

For Custom made pieces it might not be possible to cancel but always contact ADA Jewelry.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.

All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Will my ADA Jewelry arrive gift-wrapped?

All the ADA Jewelry purchases arrive in a nice blue satin pouch. There are also various silk covered boxes available in 4 different sizes. You will find their pictures in our catalog. For jewelry sets of jewelry over Euro 150 the boxes are free of charge but you have to apply for them by contact us

Is the entire ADA Jewelry collection displayed on the website?

We are continually adding new designs to the ADA Jewelry Collection.  Images of new made jewelry are added to the website from time to time and can be ordered directly. If you have something special in mind, contact ADA Jewelry by contact us.

Can I ship my order to any international location?

We can ship your purchase to anywhere in the world. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs tax or duties, if any. ADA Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

How do I know if the jewelry is the right size?

All jewelry measures are given in inches and in centimeters from lock to lock. To see where the necklace will end or how to wrap it around cut a piece of thick cotton of the same length to stand in for the necklace. In case you would like to purchase a different size you can contact ADA Jewelry by email

Bracelets have an average size of 7-7.5″ or 18-19 cm. However bracelets on silicon string will fit at least a 1 cm larger wrist. If your wrist is considerably smaller in size, or larger, than the one given and you would like to have a matching bracelet with your necklace, please contact ADA Jewelry.

On the website you will find a few samples of earrings from which you can choose the size and length. The size of the earring is measured from the point where the beads will start.
