Delivery time

ADA Jewelry will contact you within 3 working days after placing your order to confirm and an estimated delivery time. Your jewelry will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.

Within the Netherlands shipping is usually 24 hours after we have received your payment.

Orders pay €3,50 mailing service.

Orders over € 50 have free delivery.

 

Oversees Delivery

 

Delivery time will depend on the shipping service that you have selected and the country in which you live.  Generally FedEx, UPS or any similar express services deliver between 2-4 working days. Regular mail service will take between 5-10 working days.

Note that not all methods of shipment are available in all areas.

We can ship your purchase to anywhere in the world.

 

VAT and Customs

 

The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs tax or duties, if any.

ADA Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

Returning or exchanging my ADA Jewelry

 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your ADA Jewelry purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee.

Jewelry will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt to ADA Jewelry.

We offer a full guarantee on the quality of our jewelry for a 60 days against manufacturing defects, under normal wear conditions.

Custom-made pieces, or special orders, cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind.

The Return Policy In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your ADA Jewelry, we offer a 30-day guarantee.

The jewelry will be accepted for refund or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging and with price tag attached, within 30 days of receipt.

Returned orders over 500 Euro are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned item/s.

 

Returning Conditions:

 

Earrings cannot be returned due to Health Regulations.

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for refund. Items returned with evidence of wear or additional workmanship will be returned at the sender’s expense.

We are unable to extend our return policy for custom made items, however, if these items have manufacturing flaws we will apply our Return Policy

Gifts are entitled to be exchanged for a non-refundable credit only.

ADA Jewelry is not liable for any loss or damage of goods while in transit.

We cannot refund the original delivery charge.

All shipping costs to ADA Jewelry, as well as any taxes shall be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be provided, when requested, minus the original postage charge and any bank/merchant fees incurred for the sale transaction.

 

International Customers  Returns procedure

 

To return or exchange your jewelry please take the following steps:

Contact ADA Jewelry via email stating your name, contact details, order number and reason for returning the merchandise. ADA Jewelry will advise the return address and confirm the return procedure.

Return the shipment via a track and trace courier service (e.g. UPS, DHL). Items should be returned with all original packaging and insured for loss or damage while in transit.

ADA Jewelry is not liable for any loss or damage of goods while in transit. Please do not write contents of shipment as jewelry as this will draw possible attention to theft of the package. We suggest you describe shipment as “fashion accessories”.

 

Repairs & Services

 

We offer a full jewelry repair and alteration service. Our services include cleaning, repairs and replacing stones, pearls, silver and glass beads.

To send your item for repair, please:

Contact ADA Jewelry via email and we will advise you about the mailing address for return of item/s and discuss the service request with you.

We will send you, by email, a form for you have to fill in for all the items subject to repair.

Send the item/s, and the form/s via an insured shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL) to the given address by ADA Jewelry. We suggest you describe shipment as “fashion accessories” as the package might draw possible attention to theft otherwise.

 

Returning Conditions

 

All shipping costs to and from ADA Jewelry as well as any import duties and taxes incurred shall be paid by the customer.
