How does the website works?
Our website has been made very easy to work with. In the left box you will find the catalog where the different categories are listed with the number of item in it. In the centre part of the page is the catalog in pictures. You just have to click on the pictures to enter the desired categorie. The categories have subcategories to chose from. If you would like to make a purchase you click on the " add to cart" button and it will guide you to the checkout step by step to complete your order.

How do I know if I have made an order?
Before you get to the checkout you have to login and fill in a form with you personal details to become a customer. After that you will proceed with the checkout process.
Your order will not be placed until the very end where you can select the preferred payment method where you either fill in your bank account details or you enter the PayPal site where you will be asked for your credit card information. Both ways are very safe methods of buying.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
ADA Jewelry will automatically send you an email to confirm your purchase. Within 2 working days you will receive an email from us with the
estimated delivery time.
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an email to confirm
shipping. The email will be sent to the email address provided during the order
process and it will include a tracking number.

How come that there are different prices for similair looking jewelry?
Prices on adajewelry.com are based on the value of the stones, the glass beads, the silver or the pearls. Different prices for maybe similair looking jewelry is because we are using different quality levels in our jewelry.

Are the prices on the ADA Jewelry website without VAT?
The prices on the ADA Jewelry website are without VAT. For customers from EU countries 19% VAT will be added at the very end of the checkout process which you will see at the order conformation before you are asked for your bank account details or your credit card information.

Can I cancel or change my order ones it is made?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact ADA Jewelry by email
as soon as possible. We will advise you about the stage of your order.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your
order could not be cancelled and upon arrival you are still unhappy with
it, simply return it to ADA Jewelry according to my 30 day money back return
policy (conditions apply). Custom made pieces cannot be cancelled once
manufacturing has started.
Custom-made pieces or pieces that have been altered in any way can only be
cancelled within 3 days from when your order was placed with ADA Jewelry.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.
All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Is it possible to return or exchange my ADA Jewelry?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your ADA
Jewelry purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee. Jewelry will be accepted
for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused
and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt to ADA Jewelry.
We offer a full guarantee on the quality of our jewelry for a 60 days
against manufacturing defects,under normal wear conditions.
Custom-made pieces, or special orders, cannot be returned if you have simply
changed your mind.

Will my ADA Jewelry arrive gift-wrapped?
All the ADA Jewelry purchases arrive in a nice blue satin pouch. There are also various silky covered boxes available in 4 different sizes. You will find their pictures in our catalog. However the boxes have a certain weight so it might increase your shipping price. For jewelry over Euro 150 or USD or CAD 230 the boxes are free of charge but you have to aply for them by contact us

Can I ship my order to any international location?
We can ship your purchase to anywhere in the world. The customer is
responsible for any additional charges for customs tax or duties, if
any. ADA Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should
contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

How do I know if the jewelry is the right size?
All jewelry measures are given in inches and in centimetres from lock to
lock. To see where the necklace will end or how to wrap it around cut a piece
of thick cotton of the same length to stand in for the necklace. In case you
would like to purchase a different size you can contact ADA Jewelry by email
For the bracelets an average wrist size of 7-7.5" or 18-19 cm is given.
However bracelets on silicon string will fit at least a 1 cm larger wrist. If your
wrist is considerably smaller in size than the one given and you would like to
have a matching bracelet with your necklace, please contact ADA Jewelry by email.
On the website you will find a few samples of earrings from which you can
choose the size and length. The size of the earring is measured from the point
where the beads will start.

The rings on the webpage are samples. For ordering please contact us. To find out your ring size, if you don't know, please go to your local jeweler and ask him to take your measure.

What do I do when an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock it can not be purchased. You will not be able to proceed with the check out proces and you will be guided back to the shopping pages. If you would like to make some inquires about the desired jewelry you can contact ADA Jewelry by email.
We will return your request within 2 working days if the required product is still available, and with an estemated time of delivery
